Learning English means to be able to communicate around the world, to learn about different cultures and thereby to experience the world’s most common language.

We work with the textbook and workbook “Access G9” published by Cornelsen. Students learn how to use the correct grammatical structures in their conversations. Learning strategies and methods are also part of the English lessons.

Learning English means practicing listening, writing, speaking, reading and mediation. We also use authentic material, supportive to our textbook.

Several exams have to be written throughout the school year, as well as tests and oral exams.

In the upper classes students can put the focus on the subject of English and choose it as advanced course, which is then relevant for their graduation.
